Shore Rovers celebrates their first Premier 1 win in 10 years!

History has been made. SR1 have claimed their first Premier 1 title in 10 years, defeating Collegiate 1 in a thrilling Netball North Harbour final, 54–43.

The 2025 season has been nothing short of outstanding for SR1.

The team set the tone early, stasting victory in the Auckland Super Club competition during pre-season.

They then pushed the  best in Auckland, finishing as runners-up in the Premier 1 league, narrowly edged out by a single goal in the grand final.

But SR1 weren’t done yet.

With grit, determination, and sheer class, they capped off their remarkable year by lifting the Netball North Harbour Premier 1 trophy—the ultimate reward for months of hard work and resilience.

This victory is more than just a title—it’s a testament to the dedication of the players, coaches, and management who have poured their hearts into the season. After a decade-long wait, Shore Rovers are once again at the top, and what a way to do it!
